general behaviour at scrims ect

Hi all after todays fiasco can i repeat and i would like your views on this that when in a scrim we all refrain from shooting each other or the opposing teams untill the off is given this causes a lot of aggro and distractions for the server admins who have enough on their hands as it is setting the game up ect.......

Were trying to get this clan back TO where we were last year and this behaviour is not helping all you suceeded in doing was make us look ridiculous to bc,if that was youre intention then think again because if it happens again then the offending player will only be warned once then they will be kicked from the clan without further notice so if it was youre intention to fuck the game up for us to help bc then you have been warned........

If you think you might not have the time to play the full scrim then dont voulenteer in the first place,we dont want players dissapearing half way through to go and do their nails .....

And further to that you WILL BE kicked from the clan.... you all by now know the rules ect so i will expect better of you from now on last year we dragged the clan from nothing to the top 20 in the world i will not allow anyone to jeopodise that again" youre either with us or against us" all the way we can take you there with us or be left behind its upto you ....

So from now on we will expect more professionalism from each and every member youre all good players all with somethiing to add to the clan dont ruin it for youreselves and others...

I know i sdhouldnt add it here as its in the wrong section but seeeing as its to do with the scrims, ill say it hereas were already here...

Team Speak were trying to get one setup we definately need it in game as per lasts nights crappy results, so untill we get one well have to make do unless one of you want to pay for it off youre own back..

Unless anyone has any other means similar to teamspeak suggestions please.....!!!!!

AND I AM ONE OF THE TS WATCHING THE CLAN MEMBERS IN A SCRIM LOOKING FOR

1) TEAM WORK
2) Co operation
3) In game skill / hog driving / capping / etc etc

I WILL BE WATCHING IF CAUGHT YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM CLAN PRIOR WITH NO WARNING AT ALL

Splitter if you live up to this yourself the clan will be easier to manage.
